Dr. Kah-Wai Lin gave a seminar on desert ecology and Wild Camel conservation at Cherry Blossom Montessori School in New Jersey on May 31, 2024. The seminar was attended by about 20 third and fourth-grade students.

The interaction between Dr. Lin and the students was engaging, and we were thrilled to share the importance of protecting our planet. We were delighted to hear that the students all want to take a field trip to Mongolia to see the wild camels! They also loved our mascot, Camey, who stood next to Dr. Lin during the presentation.

Here’s the email we received from the teacher after the seminar: “Thank you so much Mr. Lin! It was a great presentation and we enjoyed having you in the class today. It was truly inspiring and thank you for your noble attempt to save this earth.”

Educating the next generation about wildlife conservation is essential to ensure a healthier, more sustainable planet for all. By fostering awareness and responsibility in children today, we are shaping future stewards of our natural world. The Wild Camel Protection Foundation USA remains deeply committed to this mission, continuing its efforts to inspire, inform, and empower young minds to protect and preserve the earth’s precious wildlife and ecosystems.
